Placing an order for delivery outside of the United States? Please read this first: International Orders

PayPal Credit Card
Orders placed directly through the website and paid for by credit or debit card via PayPal will be processed within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email from Payments@SpellSpot.com within 2 business days (Mon-Fri) from the date your order is placed. The confirmation email will be sent to the address you have registered with PayPal. If you do not receive a notification, please check your "bulk" or "spam" email folders before contacting us. You can expect to receive your order in 5-10 business days (Mon-Fri) from the date you receive your order confirmation.

PayPal eCheck
Orders placed directly through the website and paid for by eCheck via PayPal will be processed within 48 hours of the check clear date. A PayPal eCheck can take up to 5 working days (Mon-Fri) to clear your bank. You will receive a confirmation email from Payments@SpellSpot.com after your echeck clears. You can expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days (Mon-Fri) from the date you receive your order confirmation. If you do not receive a notification, please check your "bulk" or "spam" email folders before contacting us.

Credit Card without using PayPal
If you would like to pay by credit card but do not want to use Paypal please either fax us your order (see below for instructions) or print out our Credit Card order from and mail it to us: Credit Card Order Form. We DO NOT ACCEPT this form of payment for International Orders (see International order information below).

Money Order or Personal Check
If you would like to pay by money order or personal please use our order form. Print, complete and mail the form along with a check or money order for the purchase total to the address at the top of the form. Orders paid for by personal check will be processed within 48 hours of the date the check clears. Orders paid for by money order will be processed within 48 hours of date received. You will receive a confirmation email from us when your order is processed. If you do not receive a notification, please check your "bulk" or "spam" email folders before contacting us. You can expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days from the date you receive your order confirmation. Click here and use your browsers print function to print our: SpellSpot Order Form. Facsimile (Fax)
If you would like to fax your order to us and pay by credit card without using PayPal you may do so by using our Fax Order Form. Print, complete and fax the completed form to the telephone number at the top. You will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours at the email address you entered on the form. Faxed orders will be processed immediately upon verification of your credit card information, usually within 48 hours. Shipping & Handling Charges and Tax:

Orders within the Continental United States:
Our shipping fees are very competitive when compared to other similar online webstores. California Residents will pay sales tax. Shipping & handling charges are based on the total dollar amount of your order as follows:

International orders:
We accept credit card payments ONLY from International Customers. Additional shipping charges and taxes will be applied to International orders. The additional charges vary by Country. The additional charges will be calculated, added on to your order and visible to as you process your order via Paypal. If you would like to know how much you will be charged for International shipping please process your order through PayPal and you will be able to view the shipping charges prior to authorizing your payment. Payments made any other way will be refunded to you and your order cancelled. We DO NOT ACCEPT Money Orders or Faxed Orders from International Customers.
